Persistent urachal anomalies are rare congenital lesions of the urinary tract. They result from failed obliteration urachus and classified according to persistent segment urachus.

One of the rarest tumors involving the urinary bladder is the pheochromocytoma. A case of pheochromocytoma of the urinary bladder in a young female suffering from headache and cystitis for many years is reported. Twenty-four hour urine VMA was normal. A case of pheochromocytoma of the bladder is presented with a r eview of the literature. We discuss general management principles of bladder pheochromocytoma.
